Reporting to the ICT Manager the incumbent will be responsible for implementation and maintenance of Systems, Servers, Communications Equipment, and workstations. The role performs day to day operations, execution of ICT Infrastructure projects, ICT Service Management and ICT Infrastructure monitoring and control.

Planning and designing of enterprise ICT infrastructure architecture
❖ Ensure Quality, Risk, Security, Compliancy is achieved
❖ Implement ICT Infrastructure Configuration
❖ Participate in the implementation of ICT Infrastructure programs and projects
❖ Perform System Integration and User Acceptance Testing with user departments and 3rd parties for infrastructure projects
❖ Perform post implementation product review and improvement
❖ Ensure that all rev max devices are in sync with ZIMRA servers.
❖ Attend to various errors on the SAP system that arise.
❖ Install and support all ICT software.
❖ Manage the overall performance of all systems to ensure maximum uptime.
❖ Ensure the antivirus system is always up to date.
❖ Implement support packages to help keep the system abreast of technological advances.
❖ Recommend to the ICT Manager on proper hardware and software to purchase

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology
❖ 4 years’ experience in Systems Administration.
❖ Knowledge of SAP an added advantage.

Ability to effectively plan and implement projects, and work in teams simultaneously.
